From customers: your Facebook name and Page-Scoped ID (PSID) when you message us on Messenger, delivery details you provide (pickup and dropoff addresses, contact numbers), order and payment records, and any messages, photos, or payment receipt screenshots you send us.

From riders: your name, contact number, plate number, and Facebook PSID when you register or communicate with us via Messenger, along with your order and delivery activity.

Automatically: message timestamps, delivery status updates, and basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) when you use our admin dashboard.

We do not knowingly collect payment card or bank account numbers.

• To create and manage delivery orders and assign riders.
• To communicate order status, confirmations, and reminders via Messenger.
• To verify GCash payments, including reading amounts from receipt screenshots you send.
• To calculate rider and admin earnings for completed deliveries.
• To review and approve rider registrations.
• To maintain records for support, disputes, and fraud prevention.

We do not sell your information. We share information only with:

• Meta Platforms, Inc., to send and receive messages through the Messenger Platform.
• Our infrastructure providers (including our database and hosting provider), who process data on our behalf to operate the service.
• The rider assigned to your order, limited to what is needed to complete the delivery (e.g. address, contact number).
• Authorities, where required by law.

We retain order, payment, and message records for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and meet accounting or legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@elbidispatch.com. We will respond and complete verified deletion requests within a reasonable time, unless we are required to retain certain records by law.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including access controls on our dashboard and encrypted data storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
