Terms and Policy

Elbi Dispatch connects customers with riders to complete errands and deliveries within our serviceable area. Orders are placed and tracked through Facebook Messenger, and fulfilled by riders we dispatch and manage.

• You must provide accurate pickup and dropoff details and a valid contact number.
• We may decline or cancel an order if details are incomplete, inaccurate, or outside our service area.
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Payment is made via GCash unless otherwise arranged. You are responsible for sending accurate payment amounts and a clear receipt screenshot when required. We are not responsible for payments sent to the wrong account or for delays caused by incomplete payment information.

Riders must complete registration and be approved before accepting orders. Riders are expected to handle items and customer information responsibly and to follow applicable traffic and safety laws. We may suspend or remove a rider from the platform for misconduct, safety violations, or fraudulent activity.

We act as a dispatch service connecting customers and riders. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, lost or damaged items, or disputes between customers and riders. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.

We may suspend or terminate access to our service for any user who violates these Terms, provides false information, or misuses the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
